Injection Molding Setup Technician - Elkhorn, WI

Company seeks an individual with working knowledge of robotics, injection molding and pneumatics to set up, operate and maintain equipment associated with the manufacturing of automotive components.
Master injection mold tooling, assembly, cleaning and maintenance.
Instruct operators in processes and methods.
Troubleshoot defects in molding process such as:
- Black Specs
- Blisters
- Blush
- Bowing
- Cracking
- Discoloration
- Warping
Have familiarity with and work with equipment such as:
- Cranes
- Hand Tools
- Lift Trucks
- Drying Equipment
Must have:
5+ years hands-on experience processing and troubleshooting injection molding machines.
2+ years of experience working with robotics, hydraulics or electric systems for both relay and solid state machinery, with understanding of PLC programming.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
