We are looking to fill a full time, 1st shift Maintenance Lead Technician position with a manufacturer located in the area of Germantown, WI.
This position will lead 4-5 tech's.
Salary Range:
$70k to $80k per year DOE, salaried or will consider the equivalent in hourly wages.
There is no relocation assistance so you will have to be in commuting range or relocate at your own expense.
As the Maintenance Lead Technician Level 4 you will be joining a dynamic team at a growing manufacturing company as the lead maintenance technician on 1st shift.
This is a hands-on shop floor leadership position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and preventative maintenance of our mechanical and electrical systems and machinery.
Working experience in 4 out of 6 of the following areas is required:
Mechanical systems Hydraulics/Pneumatics Fabrication CNC Machinery Electrical systems (480, 120, 24) Automation (PLC, Robotics)A successful candidate should have about 5
years of education and/or work experience in a maintenance related field, and ideally 1
years of leadership involvement.
Die casting or foundry experience a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook necessary for success.
The candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively in both team and individual settings.
Must provide own tools/toolbox.
